You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

📨 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@lowurl.in with your:

Purchase email address
Transaction ID (if available)
Reason for the refund (optional)

🔁 Subscription Refunds

Refunds only apply to your most recent payment. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time after 14 days.

💳 Payment Processor

All payments are securely handled via Paddle. Refunds will be processed through the same platform and may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

🚫 No Refunds For

Requests made after 14 days of purchase
Accounts found violating our Terms of Service
